Sports Talent Link is an American based Pickleball Sports Scouting and Development Agency. We scout for new talent, develop, and help aspiring Pickleball Athletes get discovered by Professional Sports Agents.

Sports Talent Link works with coaches and Athletic Directors from Middle school, High school ,College Pickleball Facilities, and local Community Leaders. 

STL can enhance the current Pickleball Program you have, or create a completely new offering at your venue. Sports Talent link will come to you, and scout at your facility. 

Each athlete will become a member of Sports Talent Link, and have the opportunity to develop their skills in one of our 3 assessment courses. 

After completion of your assessment course,  your membership will unlock access to top notch training, and personal development workshops, which include tips for on and off the court. Below are just a few perks...

Not only is it fun to be a part of Sports Talent Link, but you can move to the top through creative competition!

Each month, Sports Talent Link will release a video competition in which the top winners will earn a spot in the “player spotlight” and be seen by all the talent agents looking for upcoming athletes to represent. 

Once a year, Sports Talent Link will host an in person scouting event where YOU can show off your learned skills, and potentially be signed to a sports contract.

Our Talent Scouts are comprised of former Coaches and outstanding Athletes.

"STL" Talent Scouts, will be trained by our team to be able to identify and evaluate athletes in the Pickleball industry. 

Once our trained Talent Scouts have assessed their athletes, They will have the opportunity to have their athletes submit a resume to become a member of Sports Talent Link. 

All coaches are certified by the PPR (https://pprpickleball.org/) All coaches are members of USA Pickleball https://usapickleball.org/get-involved/coach-education/. 

All coaches have certifications and are approved with a background check prior to being awarded their credentials to instruct. 

STL is currently running all programs through a school, or community Pickleball Club. Please email us the name and contact information of your Athletic Director/Sports Coordinator, or have them contact us directly. We will be happy to set up a training class at your school. If you are a homeschool student, please email us and we will try to get a group for you to join.

Membership is $179/year.

Beginner $395

Intermediate $595

Advanced $795
