Jessica is a dedicated talent agent with extensive experience in recruiting, branding, marketing, and managing professionals.  For over three decades, Jessica has trained thousands of students throughout her career with Elite/John Casablancas. She has travelled as far as Africa to teach, and empower, emerging women is business. Jessica has proven track record of negotiating high-value contracts, securing endorsements, and fostering strong relationships with organizations and sponsors. Jessica is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court.  A Certified Professional through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), Jessica combines a deep understanding of the sports industry, with personalized service, to guide athletes through every stage of their professional journey. Countless people have trusted her ability to shape their careers by gaining the soft skills that enable her students to be the most confident, and self assured they can be. Passionate about discovering and nurturing emerging talent, Jessica  strives to build lasting partnerships that maximize athletes' opportunities and long-term success.

Willy Abdelrauf is a certified pickleball and tennis coach with over a decade of experience developing athletes from beginners to advanced competitors. Since 2015, he has built a reputation for delivering structured, high-impact training that blends technical skill, physical development, and mental performance.

As a Certified Professional through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), Willy designs customized programs for individuals and groups, using performance evaluation and hands-on coaching to drive consistent progress. He is equally focused on mentorship, helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and discipline on and off the court.

Beyond coaching, Willy contributes to athlete development through clinics, community engagement, talent identification, and educational content. His approach centers on using sport as a vehicle for both performance and character growth.

Rae Indigo is a world-class mobility trainer and a leading authority in mind-body performance, renowned for her unparalleled expertise in mobility, mindset, and holistic athletic optimization. 

With over 40 years of mastery in martial arts, including Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Kempo, and soft-style Kung Fu, Rae brings a disciplined, dynamic approach to pickleball coaching that transforms players into agile, resilient, and mentally formidable athletes. As the founder of a global movement and mindset school that certified thousands of instructors for over 15 years, and the creator of Formula Flawless, a groundbreaking organic skincare line, Rae’s legacy of innovation and empowerment shapes her transformative training methodology. Mentally, her training cultivates a champion’s mindset, clarity under pressure, unwavering self-belief, and the ability to seize every moment.

Christian Rambler leads school partnership development for Sports Talent Link, working with private schools, homeschool communities, and co-ops to implement structured pickleball programs that are simple to launch and engaging for students. His focus is helping schools introduce a turnkey activity that promotes participation, teamwork, and positive student culture.

Christian brings more than 30 years of leadership experience as President of Navigator Mortgage Inc., where he built and led a successful business while developing long-standing professional relationships and strategic partnerships.

A lifelong athlete, Christian grew up in Pittsburgh competing in elite-level ice hockey and traveled throughout the United States and Canada competing in North American championships. He later continued his athletic career playing rugby at Kent State University.

After relocating to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2002, Christian became deeply involved in the local community. Since discovering pickleball, he has become an avid player and is passionate about expanding opportunities for young athletes. Through his work with STL, he is focused on helping schools adopt pickleball as a structured, accessible sport that encourages student participation and long-term growth in school athletics.
